About

Partnerships

Bedford District Minor Hockey Association

Our partnership is for the 26/27 season, where 11 teams from U11 to U15 come in on a weekly basis to work with our coaches in the gym and on the synthetic ice. We measure their off-ice sprints, change of direction sprints and broad jumps over the course of the season using Vald technology, giving objective results from our program.

Vald Performance

We use Vald timing gates to measure athlete performance objectively. Vald is also part of our strength and conditioning coaches' continuing education.
